A Positive Mental Health Journal - One Day At A Time.

  • There is also a separate plain lined page every day, for any additional notes you may have.

This journal can simply be used for personal use, as a self care journal for keeping track of your general mental and physical wellbeing. It could also be used in conjunction with a therapy, as you may be asked to keep a journal alongside therapy sessions.
